摘要：笔者以师范学院为例，选取统招本科层次学前教育专业的男生为对象，以问卷调查法、访谈法、文献研究法相结合的方式展开研究，从择业意向、择业目的、择业行为影响因素、择业途径、人职匹配等纬度对该专业男生择业意向的现状和问题进行分析，发现其中的问题，研究解决问题的对策，以指导相关院校加强专业思想教育和就业教育，并为学前教育毕业生的职业生涯提供指导。36627

Abstract：The author selected the undergraduate level boys who major in preschool education in ZhouKou normal university as the object of study. Investigators set to study by combining the questionnaire,investigation, interview method and literature method. In this paper , the current situations and problems of students employment intentions are studied basing on the employment intentions ,employment career objective behaviors ,influence factors , ways to choose a career , and other aspects . The paper finds out the existing  problems  that undergraduate  students choose their employment careers ,  and studies  the corresponding solutions that how college students to choose  and  what they should  do  in employment career .Not only can it guide other colleges to strengthen the education of professional thought and employment, but also the paper can provide the guidelines of employment career for the graduates of preschool education .

随着大学的扩招，大学生毕业人数也越来越多，开始出现供大于求的局面。然而，伴随着大学生“就业难”局面出现的同时，却有部分专业被用人单位视为“香饽饽”的毕业生不愿意从事本专业工作，甚至转行到自己根本不熟悉的行业。论文网
一、学前教育专业男生择业意向问题的概念界定
（一）概念界定
择业意向：择的意思是“挑选，挑拣”壹，业的意思是“国民经济中的部门；职务，工作岗位；学习的功课；重大的成就或功劳”贰；从事；财产；既，已经”，意的意思是“心思”叁，向的意思是“对着，朝着，与‘背相对’”肆。以上释义综合起来，择业意向的意思就是指（人）在挑选职业、工作岗位时的心思或想要达到的目的。
二、研究对象及方法
（一）研究对象
选取河南省地方本科师范院校师范学院为研究对象，选其2011级、2012级、2013级本科层次共计54名学前教育专业的男生进行研究，分析该专业男生择业意向的现状和问题，其中2011级8名，2012级19名，2013级27名，具体情况如表1所示：
