摘    要通过文献研究、问卷、访谈以及实践观察等，发现沪杭两校本科层次小学教育专业在教育见习的时间安排、见习生对教育见习的评价、见习手册的结构和使用、带教教师对见习生的指导、教育见习的评价等方面，存在较大差异。结合两校见习中存在的见习准备工作不充分、缺乏具体详实的见习方案和细则、带队教师指导缺位、小学带教教师指导力度不足、评价单一等问题，研究认为高校应做好见习前的准备工作、制定具体详实的见习方案和明确大学带队教师职责以及丰富评价的主体、内容和方式。90102

Abstract Through the literature research, interview and observation, in two universities of Shanghai and Hangzhou, the research finds the different of two universities’ teaching practice。For example, the timing of teaching practice, trainee satisfaction,the structure and use of the trainee Handbook,tutors process of tutoring for students and the evaluation methods etc。Combined with the teaching practice’s specific issues in two scools,for example,the lack of trainee preparation work and detailed trainee program,the lost of guidance teachers and single evaluation etc。Universities need to make specific teaching practice program plan, persification of evaluation methods and so on。
