摘    要 自闭症儿童的康复训练一直是自闭症研究的热点,回合式教学作为一种循证的干预训练法,已被证明对自闭症治疗有良好的效果。配对能力作为康复训练中的一个常见训练项目,对自闭症儿童认知能力的提升有很大的帮助。本研究使用回合式教学对两名自闭症儿童进行配对能力的干预,干预训练共有八个阶段,根据两名被试的能力评估决定对两名被试的干预都从第五阶段多种特征配对开始,共干预四个阶段。干预结束时,被试小浩每个阶段的正确率分别提高了57%、50%、51%和54%,被试小琪每个阶段的正确率分别提高了48%、38%、49%和49%。研究结果表明干预产生了积极的效果,两名自闭症儿童的配对能力均有明显提高。89973

The rehabilitation training for children with autism has been a hot spot in the research of autism。 As a kind of evidence-based intervention training, Discrete Trial Teaching has been proved to have a good effect on the treatment of autism。 As one of the common training items in the rehabilitation training, the ability of matching will be of great help to improve the cognitive ability of children with autism。 This study uses the Discrete Trial Teaching to interfere matching ability of two children with autism。 Intervention training consists of eight stages, according to the assessment of two subjects determined on two subjects from a variety of interventions are characteristic of multiple feature matching of the fifth phase matching, were treated in four stages。 At the end of the intervention, one subject named Xiao Hao, his correct rate of the each stage was increased by 57%, 50%, 51% and 54%, respectively, and another subject named Xiao Qi, her correct rate of each stage of the treatment was increased by 48%, 38%, 49% and49%。 The results showed that the intervention had a positive effect, with the two autistic children’s matching ability significantly improved。
