摘    要  玩具作为幼儿操作活动的客体，能与主体发生相互作用，产生学习价值和教育价值。对教师在为幼儿创设游戏环境时如何选择和投放玩具的研究有助于幼儿学习领域工作的开展。本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和观察法收集材料以发现当前幼儿教师玩具选择与投放的问题，并提出关于改进幼儿教师玩具选择与投放的建议。研究发现，完善幼儿教师的玩具认知可以从提升幼儿教师有关玩具的理论知识，和增长幼儿教师关于玩具的实践经验方面着手。89937

Toys as a child operation activities of object, can interact with the subject, the study value and educational value。 For teachers to create the game environment for the children how to choose and put the toy study is helpful for children to learn work carried out。 This study adopts the non participatory observation, interview and literature collected materials to find out the toys kindergarten teacher selection and placement problems, and puts forward the choice of toys for preschool teachers and put suggestions for education。 Research found, enhance the toys kindergarten teacher knowledge can proceed from the promotion of kindergarten teachers on the toy's theoretical knowledge, and growth of preschool teachers on the toy's practical experience。
