摘要:近年来,控制来自化学工业,建筑材料,涂料,机动车辆等的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的排放已经得到人们的广泛关注。来自广泛使用的建筑物和装饰材料的甲醛变成主要的室内污染物[1],并且在大气中也具有光化学活性,会引发人体急性中毒、眼睛发痒、呼吸道受刺激、头痛、肺炎、甚至癌症等。密闭建筑物中低浓度的甲醛可能对人体健康造成严重和危险的影响。它被认为是致癌和致畸物质。为了人们的身体健康和保护大气环境,除去室内空气以及工业和汽车废气中的甲醛是当务之急。第一种方法可以使用具有物理吸附的多孔材料来消除甲醛排放,但是由于容量有限,去除效率不是很好。催化燃烧也可以去除甲醛用于室内空气净化。该方法具有脱除效率高,起燃温度低,应用范围广,设备操作简单,无二次污染等诸多优点。目前,用于甲醛催化氧化的催化材料主要是氧化物负载的贵金属催化剂,比如Au,Ag和Pt,它们在甲醛催化氧化方面都有很高的活性,但是由于这些贵金属价格昂贵,成本太高,不利于开发利用。金属氧化物催化剂便宜,表现出足够的活性并且更实用。Co3O4具有优异的催化性能,广泛应用于各种领域。所以过渡性金属Co3O4具有研究意义 ,本实验研究了Co3O4催化剂对甲醛催化氧化的程度,并在实验中添加ZrO2作为载体,同时添加乙二胺来测试Co3O4对甲醛的催化氧化性能。81423

Effect of Co3O4 Component Dispersion on Catalytic Oxidation of Formaldehyde at Low Temperature

Abstract: In recent years, how to control the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) has drawn greater attention,which is from the chemical industry, building materials, paint, motor vehicles。 Formaldehyde has been the main indoor pollutants with the widespread use of building materials and decoration materials。and formaldehyde also has the photochemical activity in the atmosphere, causing the human body of acute poisoning, itchy eyes and respiratory tract irritation, headache, pneumonia, or even cancer。 Sealed building containing low concentration formaldehyde may have a severe and dangerous effect on human health。It is considered to be carcinogenic and teratogenic substances。In order to people's health and protect the atmospheric environment, removing the formaldehyde in indoor air and industrial and automotive exhaust is the top priority。The first method can use physical adsorption of porous materials to eliminate formaldehyde emissions, but dung to limited capacity, its removal efficiency is not very good。Catalytic combustion can also be used to remove formaldehyde indoor air purification。This method has many advantages ,such as high removal efficiency, low light-off temperature ,wide application range, simple equipent operation and none secondary pollution 。At present,  catalytic material used for formaldehyde catalytic oxidation is mainly precious metal catalyst loading of oxide,such as Au, Ag and Pt, and they all have high activity in catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde, but the precious metal is expensive, its cost is too high,which is not conducive to develop and utilize。Metal oxide catalysts is cheap, showing enough activity and more practical。 Co3O4 has excellent catalytic properties, widely used in various fields。So Co3O4 has research significance, this experiment studies the Co3O4 catalyst for catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde, and ZrO2 is added into the experiment as the carrier, and ethylenediamine was added to test the Co3O4 on catalytic oxidation properties of formaldehyde。
