摘要本课题首先利用六水合硝酸锌与2-甲基咪唑制备了合成金属有机骨架材料ZIF-8的反应液,同时将氧化石墨烯GO加入反应液中,通过FTIR、TEM、TG、XR D等测试方式,对产物的构成、表面形貌及耐热性进行了表征。结果表明,合成出的ZIF-8成功负载在GO片层中,得到了满足要求的金属有机骨架-石墨烯复合物ZIF-8/GO(简称ZG)。76968

    随后制得了聚乳酸复合材料PLA/ZIF-GO(简称PGZ)。本课题研究了PLA基体中ZIF-8/GO的分散情况,并探讨了ZIF-8/GO添加量对复合材料热学性能、结晶性能、力学性能和亲水性能的影响。结果表明:ZG在PLA基体中分散较好;随着ZG添加量的增加,PGZ的热分解温度先增加后减小。当ZG添加量为0。1~0。2wt%时,PGZ的耐热性明显提高,结晶和熔融温度向高温移动,结晶性能最好。与纯PLA相比,不同分数的PGZ复合材料的拉伸强度和力学性能均增强。添加少量ZG,PGZ的接触角减小,亲水性能增强。

Title  Preparation of metal organic framework-graphene composites and its influences on the properties of polylactic acid   

Abstract In this project, we firstly used the zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole to prepare the metal organic framework (ZIF-8), and then composited with the graphene oxide (GO)。 The composition, surface shape appearance and thermal properties of the product were characterized by means of FTIR, TEM, TG, XRD。 The results showed that, ZIF-8 successfully loaded on the GO slice, and we obtained the metal organic framework-graphene composites (ZG) which has met our requirements。

Then, the polylactic acid composites (PGZ) were synthesized and we studied the dispersion of ZG in PLA matrix, explored the influence on the heat resistance, crystal properties, mechanical properties and hydrophilic properties of the composites with different contents of ZG。 The results showed that ZG well dispersed in the PLA matrix。 Increasing the amount of ZG, the thermal decomposition temperature of PGZ first rised and then decreased 。 When ZG dosage in 0。1 ~ 0。2wt%, the heat resistance of PGZ significantly increased, they showed higher crystallization and melting temperature, and the crystallization performance was good。 Compared with pure PLA, the tensile strength and mechanical properties of composites with different contents were reinforced。 Adding a small amount of ZG, the hydrophilic performance of PGZ was enhanced。
