基于单分子聚合物胶束的多孔碳的制备及表征

摘要:近年来温室效应问题日益严重,而多孔碳材料因孔隙发达而被广泛用作CO2气体吸附剂。本课题利用原子转移自由基聚合的方法,以引发剂21溴-环糊精在真空充氮的条件下聚合4-甲基苯乙烯,并在NBS溴代后进行交联最终合成多孔碳材料。并在制备多孔碳材料期间,发现多孔碳材料在不同温度下对CO2的吸附效果有所不同,经测试数据显示800℃吸附量就是最高点的(0.98618,4.61227),900℃吸附量就是最高点的(0.98473,3.41934),700℃吸附量就是最高点的(0.98422,3.3724),在此对比之下800℃时CO2总吸附量为0.98618最高,因此对CO2的吸附最适温度为800℃,吸附效果最佳,而700℃与900℃由于温度偏低以及偏高导致其结构不稳定。并且此制备方法可有效控制多孔碳材料孔隙的大小,增加其比表面积,增大CO2的捕获量,因而在CO2气体吸附方面具有广阔的应用前景。70024

Preparation and Characterization of Porous Carbon Based on Monomolecular Polymer Micelles

Abstract:In recent years, the problem of greenhouse effect has become increasingly serious, and porous carbon material is widely used as CO2 gas adsorbent due to pore development. In this paper, 4-methylstyrene was polymerized by initiator 21 bromo-cyclodextrin under the condition of vacuum nitrogen enrichment and then crosslinked with NBS to synthesize porous carbon material by atom transfer radical polymerization. During the preparation of the porous carbon material, it was found that the adsorption effect of the porous carbon material on the CO2 at different temperatures was different. The test data showed that the adsorption capacity at 800 ℃ was the highest point (0.98618, 4.61227), and the adsorption capacity at 900 ℃ was the highest point (0.98432, 3.3724) at 700 ℃, and the maximum adsorption capacity of CO2 at 800 ℃ was 0.98618, so the optimum temperature for adsorption of CO2 was 800 ℃, and the adsorption was The best results, and 700 ℃ and 900 ℃ due to low temperature and high lead to its structural instability. And this preparation method can effectively control the pore size of porous carbon material, increase its specific surface area, increase the capture of CO2, and thus has a broad application prospect in CO2  gas adsorption
