摘要本文从理论出发研究了温压炸药中后燃反应中铝粉的反应规律。先从国内外含铝炸药和温压炸药的发展现状出发,通过查阅文献,了解到含铝炸药的爆轰性能和做功能力以及温压炸药的反应机理,结合铝粉燃烧理论,提出温压炸药后燃效应的模型,该模型可以通过计算后燃热来比较各种不同条件的温压炸药来分析后燃反应。63645

本文通过一款模拟软件来计算温压炸药“内爆”试验的爆轰参数以及在不同配方的温压炸药中,不同粒度铝粉的后燃热和铝粉反应度。研究对比了铝粉粒度、氧化剂和空间体积对后燃反应的影响。最后得出的结论为:在后燃反应中,铝粉粒度对后燃热有较大影响,而且铝粉粒度越小,后燃热释放越快,但不影响总的后燃热。

Title  Research on Aluminum Powder Reaction Law of After Burning                                             

Abstract

The Aluminum powder reaction law in after-burn of the thermobaric explosive is studied in this paper.

The paper introduces the development status of the aluminized explosive and the thermobaric explosive at home and abroad at first.Then it bewrites the detonation performance and ability of the aluminized explosive and reaction mechanism of the thermobaric explosive.It puts forward the model of after burning in the thermobaric explosive combing with the aluminum powder combustion theory. The model could compare the aluminized explosive and the thermobaric explosive in different condition by calculating after burning heat,then the process of after-burn is further discussed by it.

This paper calculates the detonation parameters and different after burning heat in the closed space regions in different reaction conditions,which is calculated by a simulation software.The conclusion is that the size of aluminum powder has a negative correlated on the aluminized explosive. The after burn heat and reaction degree releases more fast while the size is small.But the whole heat of after burning is stable.
