量子点与活性生物分子间的相互作用

摘要:近年来,半导体量子点因其独特的光学特性,已作为一种新型的荧光纳米材料,并在很多方面取得了许多重要的研究成果。例如在生物传感、生物标记、生物成像、免疫分析等,显示了其巨大的应用价值以及开发潜能,成为生物分析领域一种重要的工具。基于此,本论文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在乙酸锌、N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)、氨水共同作用体系中水解产生的极细氧化硅粉、为二氧化硅来源对羧基水溶性CdSe/ZnS QDs进行修饰,合成出CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-SiO2 QDs。通过红外光谱、紫外光谱对所合成的CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-SiO2进行表征。与此同时研究了CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-SiO2 QDs与活性生物分子Cyt c(Cyt c)之间的相互作用。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,不同形态的Cyt c对 CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-SiO2的荧光具有不同的猝灭效率。这大大提高了量子点在生物分析、纳米材料领域的应用范围。因此,本论文为进一步研究生物分子与量子点的相互作用对生物分子与量子点相互作用的影响提供了参考。62111

Quantum dots and active interaction between biological molecules

Abstract: in recent years, semiconductor quantum dot because of its unique optical properties, have been as a kind of new nano fluorescent material, in the biological sensing, biomarkers, biological imaging, immunoassay has made a number of important research results, shows the great application value and development potential, and become an important tool of biological analysis field. Based on this, this thesis with ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in zinc acetate, n-acetyl cysteine, ammonia in the joint action system of hydrolysis to produce very fine silica powder, silica source for carboxyl water-soluble CdSe/ZnS QDs administered to the decoration, the synthesis CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-administered administered SiO2 QDs. By ir, uv spectra of the synthesis of CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-administered administered SiO2 were characterized. At the same time, studied the CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-administered administered SiO2 quantum dots and the activity of biological molecules cytochrome c (Cyt c) interactions.The experimental results show that, under the same conditions, different Cyt c of CdSe/ZnS@ZnS-administered administered SiO2 administered with different quenching efficiency. This greatly improves the quantum dots in biological analysis, range of application in the field of nanometer materials. Therefore, this thesis in order to further study the interaction of biological molecules and quantum dots for the influence of the biological molecules interact with quantum dots.
