通过此设计对烟气排放的规定量来计算除尘器的除尘效率,按照除尘效率以及各方面的优缺点来选择适合的除尘器,设计除尘器的电场通道数、电场宽度、电场高度、集尘面积等

摘  要:通过给定的锅炉蒸发量,查阅资料来计算锅炉所需煤量、进而得出排烟量以及烟气的含尘溶度;然后再通过此设计对烟气排放的规定量来计算除尘器的除尘效率,按照除尘效率以及各方面的优缺点来选择适合的除尘器,设计除尘器的电场通道数、电场宽度、电场高度、集尘面积等;遵守合理布置管道与管径的准则,确定如何布置除尘器管道与管径;根据已知的锅炉的总蒸发量与大气污染物的排放标准来设计烟囱的高度,再通过烟气量的大小与出口烟气的流速来设计烟囱的底部直径与出口内径;根据除尘系统的阻力损失得出引风机的风压和分量,从而选择符合要求的引风机型号。38393

The Design of Flue Gas Dust-removal System for 610t/h Coal-fired Boiler
Abstract:. Through a given evaporation boiler, access to information needed to calculate the amount of coal boiler, and then come to the amount of smoke and dust flue gas solubility; and then through the design of a predetermined amount of flue gas emissions to calculate the filter the collection efficiency, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the various aspects of the collection efficiency and to select the appropriate filter,Design precipitator field number of channels, field width, field height, dust collection area, etc.; Comply with reasonable layout guidelines diameter pipeline and to determine how to arrange filter pipe and tube diameter; emission standards according to the known total evaporation of the boiler with atmospheric pollutants to the design height of the chimney, and then by the size of the flue gas volume the flow rate of the flue gas outlet to design a base diameter and the inner diameter of the chimney outlet; draw induced draft fan pressure and weight in order to select the model to meet the requirements of the induced draft fan dust removal system based on pressure loss.
