摘要:采用了赫尔槽试验的方法,研究了氯化钾镀锌的基础配方和添加剂的配方以及镀锌工艺的条件。得到了以含量为128g/L的氯化钾、64g/L氯化锌和36g/L的硼酸为基础液,0.65g/L苄叉丙酮、6.5g/L平平加、1g/LNNO扩散剂、1g/L苯甲酸钠和0.3g/L肉桂酸为添加剂的氯化钾镀锌液。利用了单因素法测定了添加剂组合物中苄叉丙酮、平平加、NNO扩散剂、扩散剂和肉桂酸对于镀层光亮度以及电流光亮密度范围的影响。表明了添加剂组合物中各个成份对于镀层的影响和作用。同时利用哈林槽试验对镀液的分散能力进行了测试,得到了镀液分散能力为53.8%,说明了镀液的分散能力并不高,同时利用管状件烧杯试验对镀液的深镀能力进行了测试,得到了镀液的深镀能力在90%以上,说明了添加剂的加入对于镀液性能的影响很大,作用很明显。通过对镀层的光亮度、脆性和结合力进行测试,说明了添加剂对于镀层的作用,从而通过这些实验获得了一个能使镀液及镀层性能良好的电镀添加剂。36808

Study on additive for potassium chloride zinc plating
Abstract: The basic formula of potassium chloride zinc plating and the formulation of additives and the conditions of the zinc plating process were studied by using the method of Hull Cell test. The boric acid content in the 128g/L potassium chloride, 64g / L chloride zinc and 36 as base fluid and 0.65g/L benzylidene acetone and 6.5g/l peregal, 1g/LNNO diffusion agent, 1g / L benzoic acid sodium and 0.3 g / L cinnamic acid as additives in potassium chloride zinc plating bath. By using the method of single factor determination of the additive composition benzylidene acetone, peregal, NNO diffusion agent, dispersing agent and cinnamic acid for coating brightness and bright current density range of influence. The effect and effect of each component of the additive composition on the coating is demonstrated. At the same time, the dispersion ability of the plating solution was tested by using the Harlem Yu trough test, and the dispersion ability of the coating was 53.8%. The dispersion of the plating solution is not high. At the same time using the tubular part of the beaker test the deep plating solution was tested. The ability of the plating bath is more than 90%. The effect of additives on the properties of the plating bath is very obvious. Based on deposit brightness, brittle and the binding force of tested, indicating that the additive for coating, thus by these experiments won the a plating solution and coating performance good electroplating additives.
