摘要本文主要研究了阻燃剂种类及添加量对大豆蛋白胶黏剂阻燃性能的影响。把不同种类阻燃剂和胶黏剂进行混合制备阻燃胶黏剂,通过压制阻燃刨花板,研究了不同胶黏剂和阻燃剂对刨花板燃烧性能及力学性能的影响。我们以续燃时间和剩余长度等作为阻燃性能的参考指标,以弹性模量、静曲强度和内结合强度作为力学性能的参考指标。结果表明,阻燃剂a阻燃剂具有广泛性,阻燃性能最好,适用范围较广,阻燃剂b的阻燃性能也较好。但是无论哪种阻燃剂,加入后都会对板材的力学性能产生一定影响,并且不同种类的大豆蛋白胶黏剂与不同阻燃剂制备成的阻燃大豆蛋白胶会对刨花板力学性能产生影响的不同。30619

Title   Study on flame retardant of soy protein adhesive 
Abstract
This paper was mainly discussed the effects of different kinds of flame retardants and different additive amount on the flame retardant properties of soy-bean protein adhesives. Different kinds of flame retardants were mixed with different kinds of soy-bean protein adhesive to prepare flame retardant adhesives. Then the adhesives were applied to produce flame retardant particleboard. The effects of different kinds of flame retardants adhesives on the flame retardant and mechanical properties were discussed. The flame retardant properties were based on burning time and the remaining length, and the mechanical properties were based on elastic modulus, static bending strength and internal bond strength of the particleboard. The results show that the first kind of flame retardant has extensive retardant performance for a wider application, and the second flame retardant performance is also good. But whichever kind of flame retardant would has an effect on the mechanical properties, and different soy-bean protein adhesives and different flame retardants have different effects on the mechanical properties of the particleboard.
