摘要近年来,因环境与能源问题日益突出,研究环保及能源材料成为了一个重要的研究课题,光催化材料的发展为这些问题的解决提供了新的思路。铋系半导体材料的研究近年来取得了很大的进展,氧化铋(Bi2O3)作为铋系半导体中的一类,其合成方便,产率较高,结晶性好。
Bi2O3具有多种晶相,如α,β,γ,δ等,呈现不同的化学性质及光催化性能。本文首先采用低温湿化学法,常温条件下,将硝酸铋置于搅拌器上进行搅拌溶解,随后加入合适的碱,并搅拌80min,将获得的沉淀离心洗涤并干燥,所得的样品即为α氧化铋,通过改变铋源的溶剂种类,溶剂的量,KOH的浓度来制备了不同形貌的Bi2O3。其次,将α氧化铋使用的KOH变为氨水制备得到前躯体,在300℃烧结2h获得了β-Bi2O3。采用XRD、TEM对所制备的氧化铋晶体的微结构、光学性质等进行了表征。最后,在可见光下测定了所制备样品对罗丹明B的催化性能。发现不同形貌的氧化铋以及不同晶相的氧化铋催化性能有很大差别,其中,形貌为细小颗粒的α-Bi2O3和β晶相的光催化性能最佳。25841

Title  Synthesis of Bismuth Oxide Crystal Phase and Morphology
and Photocatalytic Activity of Bismuth Oxide          
Abstract
As environment pollution and energy shortage becoming a real problem nowadays, environmentally friendly and energy materials have been a hotspot of research. And photocatalytic materials provide an alternative way for this problem. Recently, the research in bismuth-containing materials have gained great progress. Bismuth subcarbonate, as one of the bismuth-containing material, has attracted intense attention for its morphology controllable performance.
Bi2O3 with a variety of crystalline phases, such as α, β, γ, δ, etc., showing different chemical properties and photocatalytic properties. Firstly, low-temperature wet chemical method, room temperature conditions, stirring to dissolve bismuth nitrate into the blender, followed by addition of a suitable base, and stirring 80min, the precipitate obtained by centrifugation and washed and dried, the resulting sample is α oxide bismuth, bismuth source of solvent by changing the type, amount of solvent, KOH concentrations were prepared with different morphologies. Secondly, the use of KOH for α bismuth oxide precursor prepared into aqueous ammonia, sintered at 300 ℃ 2h obtained β bismuth oxide. Using XRD, TEM microstructure, optical properties of the prepared bismuth oxide crystals were characterized. Finally, in the visible light measured catalytic properties of the samples were prepared for Rhodamine B. We found a very different with different morphologies bismuth oxide and bismuth oxide catalytic properties of different phase, in which the photocatalytic properties of α-Bi2O3 and β crystal morphology of fine particles with the best.
