摘要杂环化合物是数目最为庞大的一类有机化合物,也是一类非常重要的化合物,它在有机药物合成中有着十分重要实用地位。杂环类化合物及其衍生物在医药和农药方面有较好的生理活性,随着科技的进步、社会的发展,新型疾病的出现,能够开发出新型的、具有广谱性的、又能够治疗较难治愈疾病的药物,一直是含有杂环类药物的研究热点。喹啉及其衍生物是重要的有机药物中间体,也是许多天然药物的活性单元。近年来的研究表明,多取代喹啉,特别是含不同杂环核取代的喹啉衍生物表现出更广谱的生物活性。依据药物设计中的拼接原理,我们把三氮唑、噻二嗪等杂环通过不同的方法引入到喹啉环母环中。我们以2-氯-3-甲醛为原料,2号位氯经1H-1,2,4-三氮唑发生取代反应,3号位的甲醛经过氧化成喹啉酸甲酯,酯然后肼解,肼解的酰肼在CS2/KOH环境中生成硫代钾盐,硫代钾盐在水合肼中脱钾盐关环,合成出重要的中间产物喹啉氨基巯基,最终经过系列反应生成了想要的目标产物含噻二嗪杂环的喹啉衍生物3-[2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1基)喹啉-3-基]-6-苯基-[1,2,4]三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪,通过IR,1HNMR,MS等光谱确定其结构。90074

Abstract Heterocyclic compounds are the largest number of organic compounds, and also a very important class of compounds。 Heterocyclic heterocyclic structures and their derivatives have an active physiological activity in medicine and pesticides。 With the progress of science technology and the development of society, the emergence of new diseases  which  has been a hot research topic to develop a new type of drug with broad spectrum and can cure many diseases。 Heterocyclic structures and their derivatives have an active physiological activity in medicine and pesticides。 Quinoline and its derivatives are important intermediates of organic drugs。In recent years research has shown that more instead of quinoline, especially containing different heterocyclic nuclear instead of quinoline derivatives showed a broad spectrum of biological activity。 Based on the stitching in the drug design principle, we put the three azole nitrogen, thiamethoxam diazine heterocyclic through different methods, such as mother is introduced into the mother quinoline ring。This part mainly introduced the 2- chloro -3- formaldehyde as raw materials, 2 position chlorine of the quinoline molecule substituted by 1H-1, 2, 4 – triazole  or  phenyl piperazine, then 3 position aldehyde oxidized to quinolinic acid methyl ester, hydrazine solution of  hydrazine in CS2 / KOH generates glucosinolates  potassium, then important intermediate quinoline amine sulphur was synthesized, finally after  a series of  reactions to the target product quinoline derivatives containing triazine—3 - [2 - (1 h - 1, 4-trichlorobenzene triazole - 1) quinoline - 3 - base] - 6 - phenyl - triazole 4-trichlorobenzene [1] and [3, 4 - b] [1 4] thiamethoxam diazine,by IR, 1 HNMR and MS spectra to determine its structure。
