摘    要本文通过底泥堆肥、污泥堆肥和猪粪堆肥实验,研究比较堆肥过程重金属总量及形态的变化;重点分析底泥堆肥过程中重金属总量及形态(用重金属生物可利用性指数表示)与pH和DOC的相关性;同时考察种子发芽指数与重金属总量、重金属生物可利用性指数、pH以及DOC的相关性。89489

底泥堆肥过程中堆Cd含量降低,Zn、Cu含量增加,堆肥重金属含量小于原底泥重金属含量,重金属加以稀释和浓缩。三种重金属残渣态量增加,可交换态量降低,重金属生物可利用性指数降低,重金属稳定化,植物毒性降低,种子发芽指数逐渐提高。污泥堆肥与猪粪堆肥重金属含量变化趋势与底泥堆肥一致,但变化速度较底泥堆肥快。堆肥过程中重金属含量变化与DOC,种子发芽指数与重金属总量、重金属生物可利用性指数、DOC都有一定的相关性。

Abstract  In this paper, heavy metals total content and form content in composting process were studied and compared by sediment composting, sludge composting and pig manure composting experiment。 Main analyzed the correlation between heavy metals total content and form content (expressed by heavy metal bioavailability index) with pH and DOC in the composting process of sediment, and analyzed the correlation between seed germination index and heavy metal content, heavy metal bioavailability index, pH and DOC。

The content of Cd in the sediment composting process decreased and the content of Zn and Cu increased。 Compost heavy metals content was less than the original sediment heavy metals content, heavy metals have been diluted and concentrated。 Three kinds of heavy metals residual state increased, exchangeable state decreased, heavy metal bioavailability index decreased, heavy metals were stabilized, plant toxicity decreased, the seed germination index increased。 The change trend of heavy metal content in the sludge and pig manure was consistent with that of the sediment, but the change rate of heavy metals content was faster than the sediment。 The change of the heavy metals total content was related to the DOC, the seeds germination index related to the heavy metals total content, heavy metal bioavailability index and DOC。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
