摘  要    Jelly和Scheibe首次观察到花菁染料在水溶液中产生的聚集体,吸收峰相对于单分子态发生红移(产生吸收强度很高和很窄的吸收峰),J-聚集体有趣的光学性质以及它们的应用前景促使科学家开始涉足这一领域,人们开始对各种条件下染料的聚集进行了深入的探索研究,如苝酰亚胺、酞菁和卟啉染料,然而,基于硼-二吡咯亚甲基(BODIPY)染料的J-聚集体的报道极少,经过研究发现发现当存在铜离子时,BODIPY染料在569 nm处会出现相对缺少振动结构的窄而尖的吸收峰,其相对应的单体在497 nm处的吸收峰降低,等色点在515 nm。只有铜离子会使BODIPY染料发生J-聚集,而其它离子不能引发此现象。86215

    本论文主要研究:meso含羟基氨基取代的苯环的硼二吡咯亚甲基染料,在水相体系中Cu2+离子诱导下形成J-聚集体的现象。深入研究金属离子、有机溶剂含量、pH值、无机盐等因素对J-聚集体形成的影响。为基于BODIPY荧光染料的J-聚集体的研究提供数据支持。研究表明要形成BODIPY J-聚集体必须满足Cu2+含量和BODIPY必须为1:1,有机溶剂的含量控制在2%,PH控制在7-11范围内,无机盐含量必须大于等于100倍BODIPY浓度等条件时才能形成J-聚集体。
