摘要 随着21世纪世界电子工业的调整、信息技术和通信技术的迅猛发展，近年来得益于数码电子产品特别是智能手机终端产品与新市场的影响，全球 PCB 市场成功实现复苏及增长。在苏州伟创力电脑有限公司PCBA事业部实习近两个月以来，对公司相关生产工艺流程已很熟悉，但在实际操作过程中，发现相关工艺仍然存在诸多不合理之处，还有许多可以改进的地方，因此通过这两个月的实习观察，对公司的PCBA生产线的工艺流程进行分析，找出可以优化之处，应用基础IE的知识对其进行优化，希望能提高公司在该方面生产流程的生产效率降低成本。
本文首先介绍的是世界电子产品的发展现状及PCBA的生产现状，其次是对国内外相关文献研究进行综述；接着介绍的是相关的理论知识，以工艺流程的优化为突破口进行生产线的改善，引入关于生产线工艺流程优化所需用的方法5W1H分析法ECRS优化方法；然后，对公司的电子产品生产流程的每一部分即PCBA生产阶段，导线束生产，总装工序画出流程图进行详细的分析，并且统计了相关生产过程中的数据，结合数据分析和5W1H分析法分析，并用ECRS法对伟创力公司电子产品流程进行优化改善。在进行具体的流程改善之前，公司根据已有的检验检测数据建立一个数据库，以便随时对生产状况生产质量进行监测和控制。61808
虽然在对生产线进行优化后在产品质量提升上取得了一些效果，但也发现一些流程工序在进行改善后并没有发生较为显著的改变，这说明流程优化并不是万能的，并不是所有的问题在进行流程优化后都能得到一些改善。
