摘要：随着时代的进步，产品的生产模式和管理模式发生了重要的变动。当今企业面临的一大特点就是客户关于产品的个性化的追求，客户谋求在希望的时间内为他们提供特定的产品，且要符合其质量和成本的要求，从而这种非标准化订单企业MTO应运而生。科技的迅速发展，推进着生产力的发展，世界经济步入知识经济时代，企业是否具备竞争力能否具备发展前景，决定要素已不仅仅局限在其运营规模的大小、资产的多少，而是取决于其生产链的效率，意义深远。47080

因此本文主要对非标准化订单企业MTO的生产链效率作深入的分析探讨，通过对生产模型以及生产中几个环节出现的问题进行归纳总结，以帮助本人以及同行深入了解生产链以提高效率。

Research on the efficiency of the production chain of non-standard order enterprises

Abstract：With the development of the times, the mode of production and the way of management have been changed. Nowadays enterprises are facing a major feature which is that the customers pursuit for personalized products and they requires in time of hope as we provide specific products which complies with the requirements of the quality and cost, and the non standardized orders enterprises WTO came into being. The rapid development of science and technology promotes the development of productive forces, the world economy entered the era of knowledge economy, whether enterprises have the competitive power of development prospects, determinants has not only been limited in the size of their business scale, asset, but depends on the production chain of efficiency, which is of far-reaching significance.

This paper has been made a thorough analysis and study mainly for the non - standard of orders of the MTO production chain efficiency. Production model and production in several aspects of the problem are summarized, which helps me and peer in-depth understanding of the production chain to improve the efficiency.
