摘    要 目的旨在调查杭州市大学生社会资本和自尊状况的变迁，探讨社会资本对自尊状况的影响，为提高大学生的自尊状况和心理健康提供依据。并提出相应的建议和措施。方法 于2013年9月—2016年10月，采用随机整群抽样，对杭州某学院的6个班级的学生进行问卷调查，共对154名大学生进行三次不同时间点的随访调查。运用频数和构成比、均数±标准差对人口学特征进行描述性分析，运用方差分析比较不同时期社会资本各维度和自尊得分的差异；通过独立样本t检验对不同时期下不同人群社会资本各维度和自尊得分的差异做比较，采用Person相关分析和logistic回归分析社会资本和大学生自尊状况之间的相关性。结果 随访期间大学生的社会资本状况先下降后上升，在大二时最低（P=0。017）。随访期间，男生的社会信任（P=0。044）和社会网络（P=0。046）高于女生；城镇的学生的社会资本水平高于农村的学生（P =0。047）。大学生自尊状况随时间变化不大（P>0。05）；社会资本各维度和自尊状况呈正相关，其中影响最大的是社会支持。结论：需要加强对大学生大二期间的社会资本和自尊状况的关注程度,尤其是农村学生。增强大学生的社会资本状况尤其是社会支持，可以提升大学生的自尊状况，提高心理健康水平。90410

Abstract Objective To research the change of social capital and self-esteem among university students，and explore the influence of social capital change on students’ self-esteem for students to improve the self-esteem and mental health。 Methods A total of 158 students from a university in Hangzhou were surveyed by using Random cluster sampling method with the questionnaire for three times from September 2013 to October 2016。 Frequency and standard deviation were used to describe the demographic characteristic。 Variance analysis were used to explore the difference of social capital and self-esteem under different periods。 Variance analysis was used to explore the difference of social capital and self-esteem under different periods。 Independent sample t test was used to explore the difference of social capital and self-esteem among different people during different periods。 Person related analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the relationship of self-esteem and social capital。 Results There is statistically significant difference of social capital during different period（P=0。017）。The level of social trust（P=0。044）and social network（P=0。046） of men are higher than women。 The social capital of students in city is higher than countryside（P=0。047）。 The self-esteem of university students do not have statistically significant difference during that period of time（P>0。05）。There is statistically significant correlation of social capital and self-esteem, especially for social support。 Conclusion The social capital of sophomore students needs more attention, especially for students from countryside。 Improving the social capital of university students is an effective way to promote their self-esteem even mental health。
