ABAQUS的CFRP复合材料构件的理论与试验研究

摘要FRP(纤维增强复合材料)作为一种新型的建筑材料,具有高强、轻质、耐腐蚀性、 良好的可设计性等优点。近二十年,FRP 逐渐在土木与建筑工程结构中得到大量的应用。 CFRP(碳纤维增强复合材料)具有多种优越的性能,但昂贵的价格限制了其在工程中的 应用。目前我国对于 CFRP 在工程结构中的应用还不太成熟,因此,有必要对 CFRP 构件 的力学性能进行深入的研究,以便为其在工程中的应用提供理论依据。75298

CFRP 由于其各向异性的特点,材料性能分散度很大,其受力性能与破坏模式和传统 的钢筋混凝土材料有很大的不同。本文首先介绍了研究背景以及拉挤成型 CFRP 管轴压 试验的原理及相关试验仪器的原理和操作方法,然后采用电子万能试验机对 5 根 CFRP 管进行了轴压试验,并对其受力性能和破坏模式进行分析,得出了以下结论。

(1)CFRP 管在整个加载过程中呈现出良好的线弹性,表明 CFRP 管是一种良好的线 弹性材料。

(2)CFRP 管的破坏非常突然,属于脆性破坏。

(3)可以通过调整 CFRP 管与连接部位的粘接强度,来提高 CFRP 管自身材料强度的 利用率。

本文采用 ABAQUS 对拉挤成型轴心受压 GFRP 管在简单边界条件和弹性支承条件下 的破坏模式进行分析,计算了轴心受压 GFRP 管在简单边界条件下发生局部屈曲和整体 屈曲的临界长度、无侧移弹性支承条件下发生局部屈曲和弯曲屈曲的临界长度以及有侧 移弹性支承条件下由有侧移屈曲转变为无侧移屈曲时的临界侧移刚度。

Title   Theoretical and Experimental Study of Composite Structures

Abstract FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) is a new building materials with many excellent properties,like high-strength, light-weight, corrosion resistance, easy to be designed。In the last two decades, FRP has been widely applied in the building and civil engineering structures。CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced Polymer) has many excellent properties, but the high price limits its application in engineering。At present, applications for CFRP in engineering structures in our country is not yet mature,therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of CFRP components in-depth in order to provide a theoretical basis in Engineering。

Because of the anisotropic characteristics,CFRP has a large dispersion of the material properties , and its loading behavior and failure modes are considerably different from the traditional materials,steel concrete。This paper firstly introduces the research background and the principle of pultruded CFRP pipe axis compression test and the principles and methods of operation of the related test equipment。Then do the axial compression test for five CFRP pipe with electronic universal testing machine。And to analyze the mechanical behavior and failure modes , the following conclusions are drawn:

(1)CFRP pipe has a good linear elastic deformation behavior in the whole loading process, indicating CFRP pipe is a good linear elastic material。

(2)CFRP pipe fail very suddenly, which is brittle fracture。

(3) By adjusting the adhesive strength of CFRP pipe and joints , the utilization of the material strength of CFRP pipe could increase。

The failure modes of pultruded GFRP pipe in the simple boundary conditions and the elastic support conditions are studied in ABAQUS in this paper,calculate the critical length of FRP pipes occur local buckling and overall instability in the simple boundary conditions,the critical length occur Local buckling  and
