摘  要:本次毕业设计的题目为贵州君之堂办公楼。占地面积830m2,建筑面积5000m2。主要进行建筑方案设计、结构设计。采用框架结构,主体为六层,上人屋面顶一层。本地区抗震设防烈度为6度,场地类别为II类场地,基本风压0.30kN/m2。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。63436

建筑方案设计主要根据任务书要求,结合建筑物使用功能,防火疏散要求及建筑人性化进行建筑方案设计。一、进行功能分区;二、进行空间组合;三、绘制建筑施工图。

结构设计简而言之就是用结构语言来表达所要表达的东西。结构语言就是从建筑及其它专业图纸中所提炼简化出来的结构元素,包括基础、墙、柱、梁、板、楼梯、大样细部图等等。然后用这些结构元素来构成建筑物或构筑物的结构体系,包括竖向和水平的承重及抗力体系,再把各种情况产生的荷载以最简洁的方式传递至基础。在结构设计中,作者根据经验公式先进行梁、板、柱的截面尺寸估算,再查相关规范确定恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、地震作用。

ABSTRACT:This graduation project entitled Guizhou jun of the Church Office Building. Covering an area of 830m2, building area of 5000m2. The main building design,structural design. The frame structure, the subject into six layers, each layer of roof. The local seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, the location category is II kind of site, basic wind pressure 0.30kN/m2. Floor, roof were using cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure。Architectural design mainly according to the task book requirements, combined with the using function of buildings, fire evacuation requirements andarchitecture of humanization design. A, function pision; two, space combination;three, drawing construction drawing.In short structural design is to use words to express the structure to express things. Structural elements of the structural language is from the constructiondrawings and other professionals in the process by simplifying, including the foundation, walls, columns, beams, plates, stairs, detail detail drawing etc..Structure of the system and then use these structural elements to constitute the building or structure, including vertical and horizontal load-bearing and resistance system, then all the circumstances of the load in the most concise way to transfer basis. In structural design, based on the empirical formula for beamsection size of advanced, plate, column estimation, then check the relevantspecifications to determine the dead load, live load, wind load, earthquake action. Calculation of load by two bending moment distribution method, D value method, the bottom shear method, to determine the most unfavorable combination, determine the maximum internal force of slab, beam, column may arise, thus carries on the section checking calculation and reinforcement calculation.
