摘要:钢拱桥因为具有承载能力高、优秀的塑性和韧性、施工较为方便、良好的经济效果和能适应各种地基等优点,作为桥梁结构之一拥有优秀的发展前景。到目前为止钢拱桥在我国已经发展了数十年,在其应用规模和跨径增长方面都达到了惊人的发展速度。相比较来说我国建设钢拱桥的技术已经超越了国际平均水平,我国针对钢拱桥理论方面的研究也是硕果累累。

 本设计根据任务书要求设计一中承式钢拱桥。中承式钢拱桥造型美观、受力合理, 采用了蝴蝶桥的样式,视觉方面别具一格。同时设计方面也存在诸多困难。  42322

首先进行模型的初步设计,即确定所选方案桥型的各截面具体尺寸以及截面特性。主拱拱肋采用了中承式抛物线形,主孔计算跨径为100m,计算矢高25m,矢跨比1/4。

第二步进行结构计算,如何建立模型成为重中之重,最后的计算结果正确与否,基本上取决于模型的正确程度。本设计利用“Midas”软件计算,在软件中建立节点与单元,并将设计好的材料与截面特性赋予模型结构单元。添加约束与荷载后初步模型便建立完成,进入计算阶段。通过运行软件就可以快速计算出结构各控制截面的内力、应力以及位移。  

以上工作完成后,开始进行结构验算,对于钢拱桥来说最重要的就是通过容许应力法验算拱肋截面承载力。同时还要保证结构变形在规范允许范围之内。

Design of Anqing Bridge of Huzhou

So far the steel arch bridge in our country has developed for decades, in its application scale and span growth has reached an alarming rate of development. Comparatively speaking, the construction of steel arch bridge in our country has surpassed the international average level, and the research on the steel arch bridge in our country is fruitful.

The design according to the requirements of the task book design a deck steel arch bridge. Reasonable stress in bearing steel arch bridge has the advantages of beautiful appearance, and the butterfly style bridge, the visual aspects have a unique style. At the same time, there are many difficulties in the design.

The preliminary design of the model firstly, which determine the selected shape scheme of each cross section of the specific dimensions and sectional properties. Arch rib of the main arch rib is used in the parabolic shape, the calculation of the main hole span is 100m, the calculation of the high 25m, the rise span ratio of 1/4.

The second step is to calculate the structure, how to establish the model is called the top priority, and the final result is correct or not, basically depends on the correct degree of the model. This design uses the "Midas" software to calculate, in the software to establish the node and the unit, and the design of the material and cross section characteristics of the model structure unit. After adding the constraint and the load, the preliminary model is established to complete the calculation stage. The internal force, stress and displacement of each section of the structure can be calculated quickly by running the software.

After the completion of the above work, began to check the structure, for steel arch bridge, the most important is through allowable stress method for checking the arch rib section bearing capacity. At the same time to ensure that the structural deformation within the scope of the specification.
