摘要：信息技术的发展给建筑行业带来了建筑信息模型（BIM）技术。目前，BIM技术迅速发展并得以推广，在不久的将来BIM技术将广泛应用于建筑工程全寿命周期中工程建模、工程预算、施工组织设计等方面。本次团队设计课题为：图文信息大楼BIM虚拟建造，课题主要任务是运用BIM技术进行图文信息大楼工程建模、工程预算、施工组织设计、模型虚拟建造等工作任务。
本设计课题从运用BIM技术对图文信息大楼工程项目进行成本控制管理（控制工程造价）的角度出发，采用BIM电算化算量计价模式进行图文信息大楼工程预算，基于BIM 5D虚拟建造技术进行成本控制管理，在此基础上，阐述了采取基于BIM 5D虚拟建造技术进行成本控制管理的优越性及可行性。27948

Project budget of Graphics and text information building
Abstract: Development of information technology to the building industry has brought a building information modeling (BIM) technology. Currently, BIM, and to promote the rapid development of technology, the future of BIM technology will be widely used in construction engineering, engineering modeling the whole life cycle, project budget, construction and design. The team design issues as: graphic information BIM virtual building construction, project main task is to carry out the project using BIM modeling graphic information technology building, project budget, construction design, virtual building model and other tasks.
