设计总说明设计课题来自实际工程,本工程为安乐公寓空调系统设计。公寓共七层,总建筑面积为7707.4平方米。一到二层设有社区多功能厅、住房、厨房、公共卫生间等,三到七层为标准住房。本工程的设计任务为空调系统选择及布置、室内热湿负荷的计算、系统水力计算、相关设备选型计算等。本论文设计范围为:空调系统的空气处理、新风及风系统。主要内容为负荷计算、空调系统方案选择、风系统设计及气流组织计算、风管水力计算。19689
安乐公寓的主要功能是供人们居住、休闲娱乐,因此,这次设计必须以人为本,将满足人的舒适性放在首位。此设计中的建筑主要房间为住房。使所选空调系统能够实现对各个房间的独立控制,综合考虑各方面因素,确定选用风机盘管加新风系统。
此项公寓的空调水系统设计
(1) 冷却水泵、冷却塔为一一对应的运行配置。冷却水系统采用冷却塔开式循环系统,供、回水温度分别为32°C和37°C。冷却水水泵放置在水泵房冷却塔放置在屋面,冷却水泵共三台,两用一备。冷却塔采用圆形超低噪音型,塔与塔的积水盘之间采用连通管连接,冷却塔进水管上均安装电动蝶阀,并与冷却塔风机同时启停。
    (2) 机房设在负一层空调机房内,室内空调器冷冻水经过竖向空调进水管送至各层,经空调器后汇集到竖向空调回水管冷凝水采取就近原则排入卫生间排水管中,在接入之前做水封处理以防止废气倒流。
(3)水冷空调机水系统夏天供冷时启动顺序为:
冷却塔冷却水进水管电动蝶阀--冷却水泵--冷却塔风机--水冷柜机在冷却水流通(通过水流开关)得到证实后开启压缩机,停机则反之。
该公寓的空调风系统设计
全空气低速空调系统:回风与新风混合后进入空气处理器机经热交换处理及加压后经过消声静压箱进入风道 ,经散流器和双层百叶送入室内。室内冷负荷变化时 ,由设在空调器回风口的温度控制器自动调节装在机组回水管上的带比例积分装置的电动调节阀调节水流量。
本系统设计参考了大量的文献资料,手册图册,工程实例等。尽量在各个方面做到最好。但是由于各种条件有限和自身水平的有限,一些疏漏和谬误不可避免,但仍希望能随着自己学习的长进和研究的深入将方案做到最好。感谢各位师长给与的批评和指正,使我能够得到一个更合理的设计方案。

Air conditioning water system design of this project
(1) cooling water pump, cooling tower for one-to-one run configuration.
