摘要：不同的家庭教养方式将会对幼儿产生不同的影响。为促进家庭教养方式的有效实施， 促进幼儿的全面发展，本文首先提出了家庭教养中存在的三个问题：即缺乏正确的教育观 念、教育行为和健康的家庭教养环境。其次分析了产生这三方面问题的原因分别是受传统 文化的影响、选拔用人制度的制约、家长自身的经历以及其道德素质水平低。最后针对出 现的问题提出树立正确的育人观、建立民主教养方式以及家长以身作则，发挥榜样作用等 行之有效的解决问题的措施。90584
