摘要:硼酸盐发光材料的合成工艺简单、有良好的化学稳定性、发光性能好等优点,是一种优秀的基质发光材料。BiBO晶体属于硼酸盐晶体系列,物理化学性质稳定,对于透过波段的要求不高,倍频转换效率高,拥有极高的非线性光学系数,激光损伤阀值较大,是一种新型高效的频率转换晶体,近年来BiBO受到了广泛的关注,人们对于BiBO的研究已经从性质过渡到了掺杂及发光。Tm是一种激活离子,它能够在红外很多个不同能级之间的进行跃迁。它在1。9m对应于3F4→3H6的跃迁可以适用于红外雷达和激光医疗,在红外传感器的运用也有着重要作用。Tm离子之间存在交叉延迟效应,它可以在红外波段产生有效的激光输出。我们采用微下拉法生长Tm掺杂的BiBO晶体,通过X射线衍射、吸收光谱、荧光光谱及荧光动力学分析等一系列的测试手段,对BiBO的晶体结构及发光性能进研究。77552

Growth and photoluminescence properties of Tm doped BiBO crystals for mid infrared laser crystals

Abstract: borate luminescent material has the advantages of simple synthesis, good chemical stability, good luminescent properties and so on。 It is an excellent substrate luminescent material。 BiBO crystal belongs to borate crystal series, and its physical and chemical properties are stable, it does not require high penetration, high frequency conversion efficiency, high nonlinear optical coefficient and large laser damage threshold。 It is a new type of high efficiency frequency conversion crystal, In recent years, BiBO has received extensive attention, and the study of BiBO has shifted from nature to doping and luminescence。 Tm is an active ion that can transition between many different levels of infrared energy。 Its transition in 1。9μm corresponding to 3F4 to 3H6 can be applied to infrared radar and laser medical treatment, and also plays an important role in infrared sensors。 There is a cross delay effect between Tm ions, which can produce an effective laser output in the infrared band。 The Tm doped BiBO crystals were grown by a micro drop method。 The crystal structure and luminescent properties of BiBO were investigated by means of X- ray diffraction, absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and fluorescence kinetic analysis。
