LaBrO纳米发光材料制备与性能研究

摘要:本文中,利用高温固相法来制备出含有稀土元素Eu3+、Tb3+、Ce3+三掺杂的LaBrO层状荧光粉前驱体。利用苯甲酸钠进行插层实验,在正丁醇中通过超声清洗机进行剥离,制备出含有正电荷的稀土氧化物纳米片发光材料。利用XRD、TEM、SEM和发射和激发光谱,对荧光体的物相、形貌和发光性能进行了表征与分析。LaBrO:Re3+(xEu3+,yCe3+,zTb3+) 晶型良好,当x=5%,y=5%,z=0.5% 时,在326nm激发时的发射光谱接近于白光。经过插层、剥离实验后,可得到550nm纳米片,纳米片保持原来LaBrO结构,稳定性好。经过EPD实验后,得到发白光的荧光玻璃。48947

The research on the preparation and properties of LaBrO nanostructured luminescent materials

Abstract:In this paper, the tri-doped Eu3+、Tb3+、Ce3+ LaBrO phosphor have been prepared  with high temperature solid state reaction. The saturated sodium benzoate wais employed to intercalate the interlayer of LaBrO, and the inserted n-butyl alcohol make the nanosheets cleave. The phases、morphology and luminescent preperties of the products are investigated by XRD、SEM、TEM and FL. The results of the spectral analysis show that LaBrO:Re3+(xEu3+, yCe3+, zTb3+) has a good crystalline phase and emission spectrum close to white light at 326nm (x=5%, y=5%, z=0.5%). The result of XRD show that the prepared sample had good crystalline structure, and had no obvious peaks and good structure. The result of SEM show that the sample particles uniformly dispersed. The result of TEM show that the nano slice is a comparatively neat and well distributed layer structure. The nanosheets coated on glass sheets by uniform rubber machine, under the ultraviolet light could see the luminescence.
