摘要桥梁是道路建设的重要的一个组成部分,是我们交通工程方面具有关键性的枢纽,在交通与交通发展中起着至关重要的作用。桥梁也能直观的了解一个国家经济和社会发展的重要基础设施,是一个国家或地区经济实力、科学技术的进步、生产力的发展等综合国力的体现,本文介绍了通过碳纤维预浸料与泡沫芯材制作的桥梁模型,使其能在尽可能轻的情况下,完成已计算设计好的承重任务,表界面作为依靠碳纤维复合材料构成的桥梁,设计并创建合理的表界面载荷传递的模型,研究它的表界面剪切强度和表界面的破坏方式,可以帮助复合材料表界面的优化和复合材料整体性能的提高提供理论设计知识的指导,碳纤维复合材料是一种具有高强度高模量的复合材料,碳纤维复合材料它的比强度、比模量的综合性的数据,在现在存在的材料当中是最高的。这种复合材料适用在密度、刚度、强度、疲劳特性等有高强度限制的领域,在对于温度要求、化学稳定性高的条件下,碳纤维复合材料都具有很强的优势并相对于其他材料有着很难替代的价值,本课题研究用碳纤维复合材料进行设计、制作并模拟的桥梁模型,在质量足够轻的条件下,能承载高强度的载荷,能够帮助复合材料的表界面的优化和复合材料整体的性能的提高提供理论知识的设计与指导。42887

 Abstract

Bridge is an important part of road construction, traffic engineering is that we have a critical hub, it plays a vital role in the transport and traffic development. Bridges also intuitive understanding of a reflected critical infrastructure of national economic and social development of a country or region's economic strength, scientific and technological progress, the development of productivity, comprehensive national strength, the paper describes a carbon fiber prepreg with foam core bridge model material production, to enable the situation in the best possible light, designed to complete the calculated load-bearing task interface as a bridge of composite materials, establish a reasonable load transfer interface model to study the interfacial shear strength and interface failure form, can provide optimized composite interface and improve the overall performance of composite theoretical design guidelines, is a carbon fiber composite material having high strength and high modulus of the composite material, its specific strength and modulus of the comprehensive index, now in the presence of a material it is the highest. In the high intensity limit field density, stiffness, strength and fatigue properties in the temperature requirements, high chemical stability conditions, carbon fiber composite materials have a strong advantage, this research design using carbon fiber composite materials, production and simulation model of the bridge, in the light of the conditions of sufficient quality, high strength can carry the load, can provide theoretical guidance for the design optimization of composite interface and improve the overall performance of the composite material.
