摘要:低碳钢含碳量在0.001至0.003,其强度和硬度也较低,但是可塑性和韧性较好。低碳钢又叫软钢,因此,可以用来进行各种加工,如锻造, 焊接和切削, 常用于制造链条, 铆钉, 螺栓, 轴等。目前低碳钢已广泛应用于生产、生活各方面。但由于低碳钢在各种环境下耐蚀性能较差,限制了它的应用。本文针对铁素体低碳钢在0.5mol/L硫酸的情况下进行电化学技术研究,采用线性电势扫描法分别研究0.5mol/L硫酸中含氧和不含氧时的低碳钢腐蚀性能,观察和比较它们的腐蚀速度,以及在同溶液中加入缓蚀剂后低碳钢的腐蚀状况,得出结果,并为后续改良工艺提供理论依据和指导生产。38637

Abstract:Low carbon content in 0.001 to 0.003, its strength and hardness is low, but the plasticity and toughness is better. Low carbon steel is also called mild steel. Therefore, it can be used for all kinds of processing, such as forging, welding and cutting, often used in the production chain, riVet, bolts, shaft, etc. The current low carbon steel has been widely used in production, all aspects of life.
