摘要钛及钛合金不仅拥有着强度高、耐蚀性好、生物相容性好等诸多优点,被广泛应用在航空航天、化工、汽车、医用等各个方面。但是硬度低、耐磨性差。因此需要对钛及钛合金进行表面改性。本文以Ti-6Al-4V为基体,在其表面制备一层含Ca-P的复合膜层。控制占空比为60%,频率为2000HZ,通过改变电解液的组成成分、脉冲电压的大小、处理时长的长短来探讨其对复合膜层的组织和性能的影响。处理后的试样表面生成了Ca(H2PO4)2和CaHPO4等钙磷盐新物相。研究结果表明,以硝酸钙和磷酸钠为电解液溶质,增大脉冲电压延长处理时间等都会使含Ca-P的复合膜层孔洞的孔径增大,数量减少,厚度增加,表面粗糙度增加。最终得出当脉冲电压为300V,处理时间为20min,占空比为60%,频率为2000HZ时,得到的复合膜层的耐蚀性最佳。30767

Title     Microstructure and properties of composite ceramic coating containing Ca-P on Titanium alloy fabricated by cathodic plasma electrolytic technology             Abstract
Titanium and titanium alloy has a high strength, good corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, and many other advantages. It is widely used in aerospace, chemical, automotive, medical and other aspects. But its shortcomings are obvious, such as low hardness and poor wear resistance. So for titanium and titanium alloy, performance improvement is imminent. In this paper, composite coating containing Ca-P was fabricated by plasma electrolytic technology on TC4. The effects of   electrolytic solutions, pulse voltages, and treat time on the microstructure and performances were studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and corrosion resistance test.New phases like Ca(H2PO4)2 and CaHPO4 occur on tne earth of the sample which has been disposed already. Results show that the morphology characteristic of the coating is porous, and its radius increases with the increment of the working voltage and time. The best corrosion resistance of sample could be obtained when the working voltage is 300V and treat time is 20 min in solution consisted of calcium nitrate and sodium phosphate.
