摘要:本文通过对活性炭的硝酸氧化处理,增加活性炭表面官能团种类和数目,在通过负载相同的金属氧化物的脱硫效果表明硝酸氧化对活性炭的脱硫具有促进作用,同时负载金属可导致活性炭表面的活性位点活性差异变大,使吸附向Freundlich吸附模型靠近。负载不同分子尺寸的金属盐和络合物实验结果表明,等体积浸渍的金属盐分子直径越小越有利于吸附,负载金属离子的实验结果表明,金属离子能提高活性炭的对分子层吸附的吸附能力,但是由于占据活性位点和进入微孔,导致负载金属离子并不能提高脱硫能力。对负载双金属活性炭负载不同量进行探究,结果表明金属越多并不表示吸附吸附量越大,因为金属可能会堆积在活性炭表面,导致金属堆积成块,导致活性位点活性虽然强,但是数目减少,从而不利于吸附。24124

Abstract:This article through to nitric acid oxidation treatment of active carbon,increased the types and number of surface functional groups in activated carbon,In the desulfurization effect of metal oxide supported the same show that desulfurization of nitric acid oxidation on activated carbon plays a promoting role,in the same time the supported metal can lead to differences in the active sites of active surface of activated carbon becomes large,and make the adsorption approach to the Freundlich adsorption model. The load of different molecular size of metal salts and complexes, the experimental results show that, the metal salt molecule impregnation is more conducive to the adsorption of small diameter, The experimental results of the load of metal ions show that metal ions can improve the molecular layer adsorption capacity of activated carbon, But due to occupy the active site and enter the pores, leading to load metal ions can not improve the desulfurization ability. Explored the different load bimetallic activated carbon load quantity, the results show that metal more does not mean that the adsorption amount bigger , Because the metal may accumulate on the surface of activated carbon, resulting in accumulation of metals into pieces, leading to active site activity is strong, but reducing the number, which is not conducive to the adsorption.
