紫外线对铅和镉胁迫下小麦紫外吸收物质和渗透调节物质

摘  要:本实验以周麦18为材料,采用土培法培养小麦幼苗,研究重金属铅镉及紫外线辐射对小麦幼苗叶片内紫外吸收物质和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,在铅镉胁迫及铅镉与紫外线复合胁迫下,小麦叶片内花青素、类黄酮、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量均比对照降低;在紫外线胁迫下,小麦叶片内花青素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量均比对照降低,但类黄酮含量在紫外线辐射1d和3d后,比对照有所升高,紫外线辐射5d后,又比对照含量下降。3种胁迫处理对花青素、类黄酮、可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸含量变化影响程度强弱为:铅镉与紫外线复合胁迫>紫外线胁迫>铅镉胁迫;对可溶性糖含量变化影响程度强弱为:铅镉与紫外线复合胁迫>铅镉胁迫>紫外线胁迫。这说明3种胁迫处理均会对小麦幼苗叶片内紫外吸收物质和渗透调节物质含量产生不同程度的影响。

Effect of Ultraviolet Ray and Pb+Cd Stress on Content of
UV Absorption Matter and Osmotic Adjustment Material of Wheat
Abstract: Zhoumai 18 was selected in the experiment, the effect of ultraviolet ray and Pb+Cd stress on content of UV absorption matter and osmotic adjustment material of wheat seedling leaves was researched in pot experiment. The results showed that the content of anthocyanins, flavonoids, soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline in wheat leaves were lower than the contrast under Pb+Cd stress or compound stress of Pb+Cd stress and ultraviolet ray; The content of anthocyanins, soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline in wheat leaves were lower than the contrast under UV radiation stress, but the content of flavonoids were higher than the contrast after ultraviolet radiation of 1d and 3d, on the other hand, which were lower than the contrast after ultraviolet radiation of 5d. Degree of influence of three kinds of stress on soluble protein, anthocyanin, flavonoids and proline was the following: compound stress of Pb+Cd stress and ultraviolet ray was the strongest, Pb+Cd stress was the weakest; Degree of influence of three kinds of stress on soluble sugar was the following: compound stress of Pb+Cd stress and ultraviolet ray was the strongest, ultraviolet ray stress was the weakest. It showed that three kinds of stress all produced different effect on the content of UV absorption matter and osmotic adjustment material of wheat seedling leaves.
